These Terms & Conditions apply to all trade enquiries, quotations, and supply services provided by PWT Europe Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) through www.pwteurope.com or via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
By contacting us, requesting availability, receiving a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1) Trade Customers OnlyPWT Europe Ltd supplies trade customers only.
We do not provide retail sales through this website unless stated in writing.
2) Products & Load DescriptionWe supply full trailer loads of part worn tyres. Loads are mixed and may include a variety of brands, patterns, and sizes.
Typical load details may include:
3) Tyre ConditionAll tyres are part worn and sold as trade stock.
Tyres are checked and graded before loading; however, minor cosmetic marks may be present due to handling and storage.
4) Availability & QuotationsAvailability can change quickly due to stock movement.
5) Requested Size ListsWe can work from a sensible requested size list where possible.

2) Products & Load DescriptionWe supply full trailer loads of part worn tyres. Loads are mixed and may include a variety of brands, patterns, and sizes.
Typical load details may include:
- Approx. 1,300+ tyres per load (depending on sizes)
- Mixed major brands
- Sizes typically 14” to 22”
- Tyres generally 5mm+ tread (unless otherwise agreed)
- Typical mix may be 70% summer / 30% winter (may vary)
3) Tyre ConditionAll tyres are part worn and sold as trade stock.
Tyres are checked and graded before loading; however, minor cosmetic marks may be present due to handling and storage.
4) Availability & QuotationsAvailability can change quickly due to stock movement.
- Quotations are provided based on current availability at the time of enquiry.
- Prices may change if availability changes before payment is received.
- A quotation does not guarantee allocation until confirmed and paid (unless agreed otherwise in writing).
5) Requested Size ListsWe can work from a sensible requested size list where possible.

- Availability may vary
- Full matching of all requested sizes cannot always be guaranteed
6) Pricing & PaymentAll prices will be confirmed before payment.
Payment terms:
- Orders may require payment in full before loading/release unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Payment methods will be confirmed during the order process.
- Any bank charges or transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
7) Transport & DeliveryTransport is not included unless stated otherwise.
If you request help arranging transport:
- We may assist with booking or introduce a transport provider.
- Transport services may be supplied by a third party.
- Any delivery times are estimates and can be affected by logistics, customs, or delays outside our control.
8) Import Responsibility (UK Buyers)Where the UK customer is acting as the importer, the importer is responsible for:
- Import VAT and any applicable duties
- Customs declarations and compliance
- Holding a valid VAT number and EORI number
- Any legal requirements under UK import rules
9) CancellationsBecause loads are organised and allocated, cancellations may not be possible once confirmed.
If a cancellation is accepted:
- Any costs already incurred may be deducted
- This may include supplier charges, admin time, and transport-related costs
10) Returns & ClaimsDue to the nature of wholesale mixed loads, returns are not normally accepted unless agreed in writing.
If you have a concern or claim, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery/collection and provide:
- Photos or evidence where relevant
- Order reference or load details
- Clear description of the issue
11) Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, PWT Europe Ltd is not liable for:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of business or contracts
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by third parties (including transport and customs delays)
12) Website UseYou agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt or interfere with its operation.
